Terms of service for Stocker Studio and social media integrations

1. General

  1. These terms set out the rules for using Stocker Studio and the integrations with social media platforms that run through the Postiz tool.
  2. The operator is Goodbax spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Michała Kajki 32, 11-010 Barczewo, Poland, KRS 0000987721, NIP 7393971973, REGON 522888955, email info@goodbax.com.
  3. Stocker Studio is an internal Goodbax tool. It is not offered to the public, has no open sign-up and is free of charge. It is not part of the Stocker inventory app, which has its own terms.

3. Who may use it

  1. Studio and Postiz may be used only by Users to whom Goodbax has granted access.
  2. A User connects to Postiz only those Platform accounts that they are entitled to manage on behalf of Goodbax. Connecting accounts of other people or companies is not allowed.
  3. An account is connected only through the Platform’s official consent screen. Platform account passwords are never entered in Studio or Postiz and never shared with anyone, including AI tools.
  4. Users protect their sign-in details and second authentication factor. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to Goodbax at info@goodbax.com without delay.

4. Preparation, approval and publishing

  1. Content may be prepared with the help of AI tools.
  2. All Content requires approval by an Approver in Studio before publishing. The Approver checks in particular that the Content:
    • describes only actual features of Goodbax products,
    • does not infringe the rights of others, including copyright, image rights and music rights,
    • complies with the rules of the Platform where it is to appear.
  3. Approved Content is handed over to Postiz and published as the Platform allows. A Platform may publish Content publicly, as private or as a draft, and may also reject it or limit its reach.
  4. On TikTok the Stocker.app app does not have approved Direct Post. Until a possible TikTok audit, posts made through it can only be private.
  5. Goodbax does not guarantee that Content will be published at a particular time or in a particular form, as this also depends on the Platforms.

5. Platform rules

Using the integrations requires compliance with the Platforms’ terms. By using the YouTube integration, the User agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The following also apply, among others:

Data processing is described in the Stocker Studio privacy policy; Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Disconnecting accounts

Access to an account can be revoked at any time in the Platform’s settings, or the channel can be disconnected in Postiz. The effects of disconnecting and how to request data deletion are described on the disconnecting accounts and deleting data page.

7. Rights to content

Rights to Content belong to Goodbax or to people from whom Goodbax obtained consent or a licence. By publishing Content on a Platform, Goodbax grants the Platform a licence to the extent required by its terms.

8. Liability

  1. Studio and Postiz are made available to Users as they are, for Goodbax’s internal purposes.
  2. Goodbax is not responsible for the availability of the Platforms, changes to their APIs, limits and rules, or for Platforms’ decisions about publishing.
  3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

9. Final provisions

  1. Goodbax may change these terms, in particular when the way Studio works, the list of Platforms or their rules change. The current version is always at this address, dated at the top.
  2. These terms are governed by Polish law. If the Polish and English versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
